Job Summary

Al Watania Industry is seeking a skilled and experienced Machine Operator – Utility & Project to join our dynamic team in the plastic manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of hands-on experience in operating and maintaining utility machinery and supporting production projects within a plastic industry environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain utility machines (compressors, chillers, cooling towers, etc.)
• Support installation, commissioning, and testing of new equipment and project-related machinery
• Ensure continuous and efficient machine operation to meet production targets
• Conduct routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of equipment
• Follow safety protocols and quality standards in all operations
• Report equipment malfunctions and coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs
• Assist in optimizing processes for energy efficiency and machine performance
• Maintain accurate logs of operations and maintenance activities
