Machine Operator – Utility & Project Experience

Al Watania Industry is seeking a skilled and experienced Machine Operator – Utility & Project to join our dynamic team in the plastic manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of hands-on experience in operating and maintaining utility machinery and supporting production projects within a plastic industry environment. Key Responsibilities

Operate, monitor, and maintain utility machines (compressors, chillers, cooling towers, etc.) Support installation, commissioning, and testing of new equipment and project-related machinery Ensure continuous and efficient machine operation to meet production targets Conduct routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of equipment Follow safety protocols and quality standards in all operations Report equipment malfunctions and coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs Assist in optimizing processes for energy efficiency and machine performance Maintain accurate logs of operations and maintenance activities Requirements

Diploma / ITI / Technical Certification in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field 3–5 years of proven experience as a machine operator in the plastic manufacturing industry Hands-on experience with utility systems (compressors, chillers, water treatment, etc.) Familiarity with safety and quality standards in manufacturing Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and drawings Strong troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude Application
