General Manager – Operations – Cement Interlock & Building Materials

We are seeking a highly skilled General Manager - Operations to lead the day-to-day operations of a leading industrial company specializing in cement interlock, blocks, and building materials . With established production facilities in Saudi Arabia and a strong distribution footprint across the GCC, the company is poised for its next phase of operational excellence and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all factory operations (2 facilities in Hafar Al Batin and 1 in Majna), ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective production.
• Oversee workforce, driving performance, accountability, and skills development.
• Ensure high-quality output of cement interlock and blocks, meeting market and regulatory standards.
• Implement best-in-class production practices including commissioning, process optimization, cost reduction, and preventive maintenance.
• Drive initiatives to enhance plant efficiency, capacity utilization, and equipment reliability .
• Work closely with executive leadership to support the company’s GCC distribution strategy and market growth .
• Manage budgets, optimize operating costs, and ensure compliance with HSE and quality management standards (ISO, SASO, PME).
• Oversee procurement, logistics, and supply chain efficiency for raw materials and finished products.
