Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective commercial strategies that align with Qiddiya’s long-term goals and objectives. Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify opportunities and inform strategic decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate commercial insight throughout all project phases. Lead negotiations and manage contracts with stakeholders to secure advantageous terms while minimizing risks. Monitor financial performance metrics, prepare forecasts, and report on variances to ensure project financial health. Mentor and manage a team of commercial professionals, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and clients to facilitate collaboration and enhance project success. Prepare and present detailed reports and recommendations to senior management on commercial performance and strategy. Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to ensure Qiddiya remains competitive and innovative in the market. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA is a plus. 10-12 years of experience in commercial management, ideally within large-scale developments or the entertainment sector. Demonstrated success in formulating and executing commercial strategies that drive revenue growth. Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess and interpret financial data effectively. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders. Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in commercial management tools and project management software.
