Qiddiya Investment Company is excited to announce a vacancy for a Senior Manager - Development - Mixed-use. This role is integral to our vision of transforming Saudi Arabia's entertainment landscape by leading the development of innovative mixed-use projects that seamlessly blend residential, commercial, and recreational spaces.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the strategic planning and execution of mixed-use developments, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and objectives
Manage project lifecycle from site selection and feasibility studies to design, construction, and successful delivery
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, urban planners, and contractors to ensure cohesive development
Develop and maintain project budgets and schedules, mitigating risks and managing resources effectively
Conduct market research to identify trends and insights that will inform project positioning and development strategies
Foster relationships with stakeholders, including government entities, community organizations, and investors, to ensure project success
Regularly report on progress to senior leadership, addressing challenges and proposing solutions to ensure timely delivery
Promote sustainability and innovation in mixed-use projects, enhancing community value and environmental integrity

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Real Estate, Architecture, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred

A minimum of 9-12 years of extensive experience in mixed-use development projects, with a strong understanding of the planning and construction process

Demonstrated success in managing complex mixed-use projects from concept to completion

Proficient in financial analysis, market research, and the development of project budgets

Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a multi-disciplinary team

Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with experience in stakeholder engagement

Deep knowledge of local regulations, zoning laws, and development best practices

Proficient in project management software and tools, with an emphasis on effective reporting and tracking
