Infrastructure Engineer

” The Job Description”

• Design, deploy, and maintain on-premise and cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Monitor and manage system performance, availability, and reliability.
• Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and patching of hardware and software.
• Configure and troubleshoot network components (LAN / WAN, firewalls, VPNs, DNS, DHCP).
• Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• Collaborate with software developers, security engineers, and other IT staff.
• Ensure systems meet business needs and service-level agreements (SLAs).
• Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Manage and maintain virtual environments (VMware, Hyper-V, etc.).
• Provide support for escalated technical issues and incidents.
