Infrastructure Engineer (KSA)

الوصف الوظيفيBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience. 2–4 years of experience in on-prem infrastructure support / engineering. Good knowledge of Windows Server and Linux OS administration. Experience with VMware / Hyper-V virtualization. Basic knowledge of storage solutions and backup systems. Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP / IP, VLANs, firewalls, VPN). Familiarity with monitoring tools (PRTG, Zabbix, Nagios, etc.). Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows and Linux servers.
- Manage virtualization platforms (VMware vSphere / Hyper-V).
- Support storage systems (SAN / NAS) and backup / recovery solutions.
- Perform routine system monitoring, patching, and troubleshooting.
- Assist with networking tasks (switches, firewalls, VPN, load balancers).
- Document configurations and procedures.
- Collaborate with senior engineers for system upgrades and projects.
- Participate in on-call support and incident resolution.
