Role Overview

The Growth Manager - Search will play a pivotal role in scaling Omniful’s acquisition channels through strategic search marketing. Reporting to the Director of Demand Generation, this role is responsible for managing and optimizing search engine marketing (SEM) and search engine optimization (SEO) initiatives to drive qualified traffic, increase conversions, and support pipeline growth. The ideal candidate is analytical, data-driven, and has a strong background in both paid search and organic search strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Search Engine Marketing (SEM) :

Develop and execute SEM strategies across Google Ads, Bing, and other relevant search platforms (including emerging AI-based discovery channels like OpenAI), with a focus on driving qualified traffic, increasing lead volume, and optimizing ROI.

Create and execute SEO strategies to improve Omniful’s organic search visibility, focusing on on-page, off-page, and technical SEO tactics.

Work closely with the Content and Product Marketing teams to align SEM and SEO initiatives with broader marketing campaigns, ensuring cohesive messaging and brand consistency.

Conduct A / B tests and experiments to continually improve ad performance, landing page conversions, and SEO impact.
