Senior Product Growth Manager

As the Senior Product Growth Manager, you will be responsible for accelerating user growth, engagement, and retention for different products through product-led initiatives. You will own a business's key performance indicators (KPIs) and are expected to operate with a high degree of autonomy, setting the strategic direction for the Growth domain.

In this role, you will :

Define and own the growth strategy & roadmap, driving measurable outcomes across Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Referral, and Revenue. Take ownership of key growth KPIs such as sign-up conversion, time-to-value, active user metrics (WAU / MAU), and customer lifetime value (LTV). Identify and prioritise scalable growth opportunities through deep market, competitor, and data analysis. Lead and optimise the experimentation process (HEAI cycle), fostering a culture of rapid A / B testing and iteration. Direct the design and optimisation of features, flows, and experiences to reduce friction and drive user engagement (e.g., onboarding, referrals, pricing models). Partner with Data Science to ensure robust tracking, dashboards, and analytics integrity for growth experiments. Act as the strategic connector across Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Sales, ensuring cross-functional alignment. Present strategy, results, and impact to senior stakeholders to secure buy-in and resources. Mentor and lead junior growth product managers / analysts to elevate the team’s overall performance.
