Excellent leadership and managerial skills in overseeing management staff and healthcare providers. Professional and clinical leadership to physicians and administrative staff. Knowledge of medical malpractice protocols. Ability to formulate and implement clinical strategies, standards, and policies in line with the Group’s clinical governance model. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Computer literate. Well-organized with good time management skills. Proactive team player with the ability to work independently. Ability to analyze complex issues and make sound judgments. Tact, diplomacy, and political awareness. Flexible and adaptable to changing environments. Collaborate with management to meet governance responsibilities. Lead recruitment of medical and allied healthcare staff. Manage doctors’ schedules and leave administration. Ensure staff perform within their scope of practice. Implement quality management and improvement programs. Adopt a patient-centered approach and meet client expectations. Represent management on medical committees and related bodies.
