Oversee SFDA and NUPCO compliance, licensing, and quality standards.

Drive financial performance, budgeting, and P&L oversight.

Lead sales, procurement, logistics, and support teams with clear KPIs and performance frameworks.

Implement ERP systems and optimize supply chain, warehousing, and cold-chain logistics.

What We’re Looking For

Education :

Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Pharmacy, or Biomedical Engineering (MBA preferred).

Experience :

10–15 years in the medical supplies sector, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Skills :

Strategic planning, supplier negotiation, financial acumen, and healthcare market expertise.

Personality :

Decisive, strong negotiator, sociable, detail-oriented, and results-driven.

Network :

Strong presence and connections across Saudi Arabia’s healthcare ecosystem.
