Job Roles and Key Responsibilities :

General Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for verifying student enrollment, academic status, and official documentation requests.
• Ensure accuracy, security, and confidentiality in handling student academic records.
• Collaborate with admissions, registrar, and student affairs offices to ensure data consistency and proper records management.
• Provide timely and professional support to students, alumni, internal departments, and external entities requiring enrollment confirmation
