Overview
As a Financial Operations Executive, you will play a key support role within the finance team, helping ensure seamless day-to-day operations across two agencies. You will assist with essential finance-related processes. You will work closely with both the finance and client service teams, acting as a point of contact for operational financial requests and ensuring timely execution of tasks.

- Vendor & Client Management
Assist in vendor onboarding and creation in internal systems
Support client account creation processes and documentation trackingPurchase Orders & Billing SupportPrepare and issue purchase orders as per project and procurement requirements
Assist in consolidating billing documentation and raising invoices in coordination with the finance teamFollow up and review on the open jobsPayments CoordinationPrepare weekly payment batches in line with internal approval workflows
Business Acumen & Operational Efficiency
Operational SupportAct as a daily point of contact for the client servicing teams for finance-related requests
Provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth execution of financial processesInnovative & Analytical Mindset

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field0–6 Months of experience in finance operations or administrative support roles (internships included)Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsBasic knowledge of finance processes (P2P, billing, etc.) is a plusProficiency in MS Excel is a mustKnowledge and proficiency of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is an advantageAbility to work in a fast-paced, multi-agency environmentStrong communication skills and team spiritEnglish and Arabic are a must#J-18808-Ljbffr
