Assist running the kitchen operation. Ensure excellent quality throughout Bring creativity to the food Assist in planning production to facilitate daily requirements Assist in developing appropriate seasonal menu offerings Ensure compliance with food hygiene and Health and Safety regulations Requirements and skills
