AMAALA is along Saudi Arabia’s northwest coast and will feature 220 keys across rooms and suites, villas with private pools, and branded residential villas. The resort will offer a luxury spa, fitness programs, hiking and outdoor activities, and a 27-hole oceanfront golf course. About the Role

As Sous Chef, you will be part of the culinary leadership team, supporting pre-opening preparations and the daily operation of the kitchen. You will help ensure exceptional food quality, mentor team members, and assist the Chef de Cuisine in achieving consistent culinary excellence across the resort’s dining venues. What You Will Do

Contribute to pre-opening activities such as menu development, kitchen layout planning, and recruitment / training of the team. Supervise kitchen operations to ensure food preparation, presentation, and consistency meet Four Seasons standards. Lead, train, and inspire culinary team members to maintain a high-performance environment. Maintain food cost, portion control, and kitchen cleanliness per HACCP and safety guidelines. Collaborate with other departments to support service efficiency and guest satisfaction. Ensure proper stock rotation, inventory control, and equipment maintenance. What You Bring

At least 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or a strong Chef de Partie, with a minimum of 5 years in a high-volume, luxury environment. Hands-on leadership style with understanding of Mediterranean, grill-based, and wellness-oriented menus. Strong organizational and communication skills with knowledge of HACCP standards. Experience in non-alcoholic food and beverage offerings is a plus. Pre-opening exposure is advantageous. Eligible to work in Saudi Arabia. Fluency in English is essential. What We Offer
