Responsibilities
- Proper document control of project documents received on SharePoint and proper notification of team members.
- Coordinating with project team members.
- Maintaining and accurately updating relevant IDI logs and trackers.
- Coordinating and supporting clients (phone calls, WhatsApp, emails).
- Distribute daily inspection appointments among inspectors.
- Assisting in preparation of invoices and following-up with clients.
- Handling upload and download of documents / reports on Malath portal.
- Maintaining professional behavior and communication with clients.
- Effective communication and coordination skills with colleagues and clients.
- Perform any task assigned by N+1 within his competency limits.

Education : BA or equivalent.Technical knowledge : Project coordination skills, data management and document control skills, customer support skills, team collaboration and communication skills, time management and follow-up skills.Experience : ≥ 2 years.Specialty : Good communication skills, knowledge in MS Office platforms.Job Details
