Proper document control of project documents received on SharePoint and proper notification of team members. Coordinating with project team members. Maintaining and accurately updating relevant IDI logs and trackers. Coordinating and supporting clients (phone calls, WhatsApp, emails). Distribute daily inspection appointments among inspectors. Assisting in preparation of invoices and following-up with clients. Handling upload and download of documents / reports on Malath portal. Maintaining professional behavior and communication with clients. Effective communication and coordination skills with colleagues and clients. Perform any task assigned by N+1 within his competency limits. Other
Observe the HSSE policies and procedures at all times. Comply with the ethical policies and code of ethics. Qualifications
Education : BA or equivalent. Technical knowledge : Project coordination skills, data management and document control skills, customer support skills, team collaboration and communication skills, time management and follow-up skills. Experience : ≥ 2 years. Specialty : Good communication skills, knowledge in MS Office platforms. Job Details
