Cyber Security Supervisor

Responsibilities

Supervise daily cybersecurity operations and ensure proper incident response. Implement and monitor security policies, procedures, and standards in compliance with SAMA regulations. Manage security technologies including Firewalls, SIEM, IDS / IPS, EDR, and DLP solutions. Oversee vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and threat analysis. Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors for compliance and regulatory requirements. Prepare and present periodic cybersecurity reports to senior management. Provide guidance and mentoring to cybersecurity team members. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in cybersecurity, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls). Familiarity with SAMA Cybersecurity Framework and financial sector regulations. Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CEH, or equivalent (preferred). Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
