Responsibilities
- Maintain an efficient document control system for all Business Development Department documents.
- Receive, register, and distribute documents to relevant team members.
- Control the versioning and distribution of documents.
- Control and distribute all internal and external documentation according to company procedures.
- Ensure document accuracy, completeness, and compliance with standards.
- Retrieve documents upon request and provide copies as required.
- Maintain BD document management databases and ensure all documents are properly organized and accessible.
- Develop and maintain document templates as needed.
- Support the BD team in document preparation, translation, and formatting as necessary.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper documentation flow and timely completion of tasks.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with documentation control procedures.
- Implement document management best practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration or another related field preferred.0–3 years of relevant experience.Strong writing and editing skills in Arabic and English.Good organizational and communication skills.Creativity, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn.Proficient in using document management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.Strong organizational and time‑management skills.Seniority level
