Client for Kafaat is looking for Commercial Manager :

Job Purpose :

To provide strategic leadership and direction in identifying potential new business development opportunities in the GCC region. The role requires expertise across multiple sectors including real estate, retail, education, manufacturing, and healthcare, with the aim of driving growth and positioning the company as a trusted business partner.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify new business opportunities in the GCC to support company growth plans.
• Drive sales results with a client-first mindset.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, becoming a trusted business partner.
• Prepare and present business proposals, ensuring compliance with pre-qualification criteria.
• Manage proposal offers, bids, and proactively resolve performance, scope, cost, and schedule issues.
• Network with business and government leaders, attend client workshops, meetings, and industry events (roadshows, seminars).
• Maintain a database of key executives / decision makers for future opportunities.
