About the role As a Staffing Ops Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that Noon has the right educators—teachers, facilitators, and school leads—in the right schools, at the right time.
This role leads the design and execution of our school staff supply strategy, overseeing the full pipeline from recruitment through onboarding and development.
You’ll work cross‑functionally to match supply with demand, resolve bottlenecks, and contribute to strategic planning as Noon scales.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the full staffing lifecycle across hiring, onboarding, and development
Forecast staff demand and ensure supply readiness by school, role, and timeline
Build systems to track staffing metrics, performance, and deployment progress
Align with Ops, Learning, Admissions, and Product to ensure smooth school launches
Surface risks, unblock bottlenecks, and continuously improve staffing processes
Requirements
3–6 years of experience in HR, staffing, or operations, with exposure to both hiring and L&D
Strong planning, coordination, and systems thinking skills
Data‑driven, organised, and execution‑focused
Arabic fluency required; English is preferred
Background in education or service delivery in KSA is a plus
