Wedding Planner Coordinator

Our company is seeking a skilled and creative Wedding Planner Coordinator to join our team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. This is a great opportunity for an Indian national who is fluent in English and looking for a contract job without accommodation. We welcome freshers with a passion for event planning and a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Meet with clients to discuss wedding vision, budget, and timeline
Research and recommend vendors for various aspects of the wedding (venue, catering, decorations, etc.)
Coordinate all details leading up to the wedding day, including contracts, payments, and timelines
Create and maintain detailed event plans and schedules
Ensure all vendors are fulfilling their responsibilities on the day of the wedding
Manage any last-minute changes or issues that may arise during the event
Provide excellent customer service to clients and their guests

Requirements

Indian national with fluency in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)

Proven experience in event planning or coordination

Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings if needed
