The HR Generalist supports the execution of core HR functions across Lucid’s AMP-2 facility, ensuring compliance, consistency, and efficiency in HR service delivery. The role is responsible for employee relations, recruitment support, HR operations, and policy implementation while serving as a trusted resource for employees and managers. Key Responsibilities
Employee Relations & Engagement : Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and HR support. Employee Relations & Engagement : Support employee engagement, recognition, and cultural initiatives. Employee Relations & Engagement : Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and Saudi labor law. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding : Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings, CV screening and interview coordination. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding : Facilitate onboarding, orientation, and integration of new employees. HR Operations & Compliance : Maintain accurate HR records and employee data in HRIS. HR Operations & Compliance : Ensure compliance with Saudi labor law and Lucid’s policies. HR Operations & Compliance : Prepare regular HR reports and analytics for management. HR Operations & Compliance : Conduct labor investigations and problem solving. Performance & Development : Support the performance management process (goal setting, reviews, feedback). Performance & Development : Coordinate training sessions and track employee participation. Compensation & Benefits : Support payroll input and benefits administration. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Attention to detail with excellent organizational ability. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity. Effective problem-solving and sound decision-making capabilities. High adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Proficiency in HRIS systems (preferred : ATS Greenhouse; ERP : SAP SuccessFactors, or similar platforms). Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic. In-depth knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and related regulations. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 3 years of HR experience in a corporate or manufacturing environment.
