Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of day-to-day safety needs across operations and engineering activities.
- Assist with hazard identification, risk assessment, and maintenance of safety logs / registers.
- Support incident / occurrence reporting, data collection, trend analysis, and safety performance KPIs.
- Prepare and maintain safety documentation (briefs, reports, meeting minutes, action trackers) in line with company.
- Contribute to safety promotion (awareness materials, toolbox talks, campaigns).
- Ensure compliance with applicable safety processes and governance, escalating issues as required.
- Provide administrative and analytical support to the Director of Safety.
Qualifications (Required)
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering : Electrical, Mechanical, or Aerospace (or closely related discipline).Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to produce clear safety documents and presentations.Solid analytical skills and proficiency with standard office tools (e.g., Excel / PowerPoint for tracking and reporting).Seniority level
