Senior Manager, Franchise Finance Operations - Middle East Region
Responsibilities
- Partner with Franchise operational finance leaders, Operational Finance Lead and Operating Unit CFO to support Franchise and / or local customer activities at the Franchise Unit level, driving alignment across multiple stakeholders and developing key insights that inform strategic priorities.
- Support franchise (bottlers) and customer relationships at the local level.
- Prepare and support internal stakeholders on ongoing negotiations.
- Provide quantitative and qualitative local Bottler / Customer information.
- Assess financial implications and models for new ARTM and optimization of the current value chain.
- Support all business models and margins within the Franchise, including :
- Execution of business model optimization and system top‑line growth.
- Assessment and segmentation by Franchise Unit (Fixed vs hybrid vs incidence).
- Pricing negotiations at Franchise level.
- Develop, implement margin optimization strategy across the entire value chain.
- Bring margin discipline to operational business decisions.
- Track margin objectives at Franchise level.
- Leverage the network and execute local Global margin strategy.
- Support Mergers & Acquisitions and Revenue Growth Management :
- Support ad‑hoc M&A analysis and assessment at Franchise level.
- Support the financial implementation of new business models.
- Support financial deployment of all RGM initiatives at Franchise level.
- Analyze and support Working Capital and Cash Management :
- Support Working Capital Optimization initiatives at Legal Entity / Franchise level.
- Cash management optimization analyses.
- Support optimization actions.
- Interact with local stakeholders (e.g., Franchise General Managers).
- The role will also be part of a dynamic, flexible and agile Franchise Finance talent pool, focused on the highest priority initiatives across all franchises.
Qualifications
More than 9 years of leadership experience in senior financial planning or senior commercial finance roles.Leadership and management experience with strong communication and influencing skills at all levels.Preference for Saudi nationals.In-depth understanding of different business systems and processes.Ability and desire to build strong relationships across the Franchise System.Advanced Excel skills.Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a team.Capable of articulating complex problems in a simple manner.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Excellent English level.Benefits and Rewards
