Job Summary : We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven E-Commerce & B2B Sales and Sourcing Specialist to manage and grow our online B2B sales channels, source quality products or suppliers, and drive purchasing efficiency. This role is ideal for someone with a hybrid skill set in e-commerce operations, sourcing, B2B relationship management, and procurement.

Key Responsibilities

• E-Commerce & B2B Sales : Manage and optimize B2B e-commerce platforms (e.g., Alibaba, Amazon Business, Shopify, etc.)
• E-Commerce & B2B Sales : Develop and implement strategies to increase online B2B sales and customer retention.
• E-Commerce & B2B Sales : Handle inquiries, quotations, and negotiations with business clients.
• E-Commerce & B2B Sales : Collaborate with the marketing team to create product listings, promotions, and campaigns.
• E-Commerce & B2B Sales : Monitor analytics to track traffic, conversions, and performance KPIs.
• E-Commerce & B2B Sales : Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale and B2B customers.
• Sourcing & Procurement : Identify and evaluate suppliers locally and internationally based on cost, quality, and delivery time.
• Sourcing & Procurement : Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts with vendors.
• Sourcing & Procurement : Manage the full purchasing cycle from RFQ to PO issuance and delivery tracking.
• Sourcing & Procurement : Conduct supplier audits and quality control checks as needed.
• Sourcing & Procurement : Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics / warehouse teams.
• Sourcing & Procurement : Maintain up-to-date records of procurement activities and vendor databases.
