SAP Business Analyst (MM & ARIBA)

• Configure and customize SAP MM module based on business requirements.
• Analyze and resolve SAP MM issues in collaboration with other SAP functional and technical teams.
• Work with end-users to gather requirements and provide training and support.
• Handle procurement processes including Purchase Requisition, Purchase Order, Goods Receipt, and Invoice Verification.
• Support integration of SAP MM with other modules like SD, FI, and WM.
• Create and maintain documentation for system processes and configuration.
• Participate in SAP MM upgrades, rollouts, and implementation projects.
• Manage supplier enablement, catalog management, and user support on Ariba Network.
• Troubleshoot Ariba system issues and provide continuous improvement suggestions.
• Support end-to-end Source-to-Pay processes using SAP MM and Ariba.
• Perform testing (unit, integration, UAT) and troubleshoot problems.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across procurement processes.
• Liaise with vendors and procurement teams for solution delivery.
• Need to support multiple entities.
