Business Analyst Team lead

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of business analysts to ensure the successful delivery of projects and alignment with business objectives
• Coordinate and oversee the analysis of business requirements and processes, ensuring quality and consistency across the team
• Develop and implement best practices, methodologies, and standards for business analysis within the organization
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and the analysis team to ensure clear understanding of project goals and deliverables
• Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching, and support the professional development of team members
• Act as a key point of contact for project stakeholders, addressing issues and ensuring effective collaboration
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of project documentation, including business requirements, use cases, and process maps
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
• Participate in project planning, estimation, and risk management activities to ensure successful project execution
• Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in business analysis and lead efforts to implement relevant practices in the team
• Foster a collaborative and positive team environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement
