Regional Sales Manager (Cybotic Systems)

الوصف الوظيفيBachelor’s degree in chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline; MBA is a strong advantage. 7+ years of B2B sales experience in water treatment chemicals or specialty chemicals, preferably with direct exposure to desalination or industrial water management sectors. Proven track record of working with government entities and navigating public procurement frameworks in the Middle East. Fluent in Arabic and English language proficiency is required. Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and technical understanding of water chemistry and membrane treatment processes. Experience in managing cross-cultural distributor networks and working independently in a regional setup. Candidate MUST be from Italmatch Chemicals or MUST have previously worked for BWA Water Additives. BWA alternate industry / domain we can target : Industrial Water treatment. Manufacturing World Class Speciality Chemicals for the Water Treatment Industry. Unique Solutions for Chemical Industries (USCI) is a limited liability company located in Jeddah, in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. USCI produces speciality chemicals primarily for use in Thermal, SWRO, BWRO Desalination plants throughout the GCC and wider MENA region. Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline; MBA is a strong advantage. 2 7+ years of B2B sales experience in water treatment chemicals or specialty chemicals, preferably with direct exposure to desalination or industrial water management sectors. Proven track record of working with government entities and navigating public procurement frameworks in the Middle East. Fluent in Arabic and English language proficiency is required. Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and technical understanding of water chemistry and membrane treatment processes. Experience in managing cross-cultural distributor networks and working independently in a regional setup. Willingness to travel extensively across Africa required is preferential.
