Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead in the real estate market.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate sales professionals.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team's skills and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders.
- Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for clients.
- Understand client requirements and accordingly brief potential investors about the significance of the property.
- Implement KPIs and metrics to monitor the performance of the sales team.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on sales progress, challenges, and opportunities.
- Stay informed about market trends, pricing, and customer preferences.
- Utilize market research to develop effective sales strategies and stay competitive in the real estate industry.
- Personally handle key client accounts and complex negotiations.
- Assist the team in negotiating and closing high-value real estate transactions.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree3 – 5 Years in the Real Estate Industry or property salesKnowledge of the KSA real estate industry.Capability to analyse market trends, sales data, and performance metrics to inform decision-making.Proficiency in CRM software and sales performance tracking tools.Capacity to develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with business objectives.Thrives in a dynamic and competitive real estate environment.Strong commitment to delivering exceptional service and building lasting client relationships.Fluency in English.High-performing and fast-paced work environment.Rewards and recognition.Learning & Development.Seniority level
