General Manager / Director

Our Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager / Director – Specialized in Café & Roastery to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia . This is a full-time position offering an exciting opportunity to lead and manage overall operations, drive strategic growth, and ensure the continued success of the organization.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve the company's overall goals and objectives.
• Oversee daily operations , ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across all departments.
• Manage budgets and financial performance , monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and identify areas for improvement.
• Lead and motivate a diverse team , fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and government agencies.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and legal requirements .
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices , adapting strategies as needed.
• Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

Extensive experience in a senior management role, preferably within a similar industry.

Fluency in English is essential; Arabic language skills are highly advantageous.
