Overview
Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) specialist responsible for development, enhancement and support of Hyperion and HPCM components, with focus on automation, reporting, and consolidation across entities. Responsibilities include ensuring regulatory compliance, auditability, and integration with Oracle ERP and other data sources. This role supports monthly, quarterly, and annual close cycles and reporting processes. Responsibilities
Automate and consolidate financial data from multiple entities in Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM). Develop and maintain financial consolidation, reporting, dashboards, scenario modeling and what-if analyses to support decision-making. Ensure seamless integration of HFM with Oracle ERP systems and other third-party data sources to provide a unified view of financial data. Implement robust security controls and detailed audit trails to ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance. Troubleshoot and resolve HFM application issues, performance, and consolidation problems. Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close cycles and related reporting processes. Proactively inform business and application owners of design risks and performance issues, offering constructive solutions. Collaborate with business super users to understand requirements and prepare technical design documents for changes / releases. Demonstrate value delivered by Essbase / HPCM solution implementations and support; extend knowledge to other Hyperion components (FDM, OBIEE) as needed. Qualifications
Bachelor of Technology / Engineering or Bachelor of Science. Experience with Oracle Hyperion products (Hyperion Financial Management, Financial Data Quality Management - FDM) is beneficial. Location
