Job Summary :
The Business Development Specialist is responsible for driving client acquisition, onboarding real estate partners, and ensuring they actively list and manage their properties on the platform. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and supporting growth targets through effective engagement and account management. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a solid understanding of the real estate market, and experience with digital or PropTech platforms.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Identify and engage property developers, brokers, and agencies to promote the platform and its value proposition.
- Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring effective use of the platform to add and manage property listings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive retention and long-term collaboration.
- Research, qualify, and manage leads to sustain a healthy business pipeline.
- Deliver customized presentations and platform demonstrations to prospective clients and partners.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify business growth opportunities.
- Manage client interactions and data within the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance client experience and share market insights.
- Meet KPIs related to new client sign-ups, active listings, and engagement levels.
- Monitor account activity and encourage renewals, upgrades, and continuous client engagement.
- Act as the primary contact for key accounts, providing support and ensuring a seamless platform experience.
Qualifications : Education :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Work Experience :
2–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management — ideally within PropTech, real estate, or SaaS industries.Proven track record in client onboarding and platform engagement.Required Skills :
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.Excellent relationship management and customer success mindset.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).Highly organized, detail-oriented, and target-driven.Ability to work independently and manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.Passion for technology, digital platforms, and the real estate industry.#J-18808-Ljbffr
