This role is responsible for driving market penetration of DuPont’s Tyvek® and Tychem® chemical protective solutions in KSA, focusing on end‑user engagement and distributor enablement. The candidate will engage end‑users, enable distributors, and drive product adoption across emerging industrial sectors. Reporting to the MENA Regional Sales Manager, the candidate will execute strategic sales initiatives and support localized marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities
Value Chain Development : Build and nurture relationships across the value chain, distributors, and key end‑user customers.
Application Innovation : Collaborate with end users and internal teams to identify and develop new product applications tailored to local industry needs.
Segment Growth Strategy : Design and execute plans to drive growth in emerging industrial segments beyond oil & gas.
Distributor Enablement : Equip channel partners with training, marketing tools, and sales strategies to enhance market reach and performance.
End‑User Engagement : Lead client meetings, product presentations, and technical discussions to influence specifications and drive product adoption.
Marketing & Campaign Execution : Work closely with marketing, product management, and technical teams to implement localized campaigns aligned with regional goals.
Market Intelligence & Feedback : Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activity, providing actionable insights to the organization.
Event Participation : Represent DuPont at trade fairs and seminars to promote the product portfolio and identify new opportunities.
CRM & Reporting : Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and lead progress using CRM tools.
Strategic Execution : Operate independently while aligning with regional strategic guidance to achieve business and pricing objectives.
Key Requirements
Experience : 4‑5 years in sales, marketing, or business development in industrial PPE, chemical safety.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial) or Business Administration / Marketing.
Education : Graduate from top‑tier Saudi universities, preferably American‑affiliated institutions such as Al Faisal University, Prince Sultan University, KAUST, or Effat University.
Language : Fluent in English and Arabic.
Willingness to travel up to 80% in KSA.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to negotiate, influence and listen carefully; effective internal and external communication.
Excellence in being self‑driven and organized.
Team player within an international team.
