Conduct initial assessments of patients health and develop individualized care plans Provide skilled nursing care including wound care medication administration and monitoring of vital signs Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing dressing and grooming Educate patients and their families on proper care techniques and disease management Communicate regularly with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records Adhere to all company policies procedures and regulations Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge Maintain a safe and clean working environment for patients and staff Travel to patients homes within Jubail and surrounding areas for appointments Qualifications

Bachelors degree in nursing or a related field Valid nursing license in Saudi Arabia Minimum of 2 years of experience in home health care or a similar setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care Fluent in English and Arabic Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation Key Skills
