Role Description

We are looking for a talented and self‑driven Business Development Manager to lead sales growth and build strategic partnerships in the audiovisual and technology sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategy to increase market share
• Lead the full sales cycle : prospecting, meetings, proposals, negotiation, and closing
• Build strong relationships with corporate clients, agencies, contractors, hotels, and event organizers
• Present AV solutions (LED screens, video walls, sound systems, meeting rooms, control systems, etc.)
• Coordinate with technical teams for proposals and site visits
• Manage key accounts and ensure excellent client experience
• Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities
• Prepare monthly forecasts, pipeline updates, and reports
• Achieve revenue targets and expand company presence
