Job Description / Responsibility
A leading plastic manufacturing company in Saudi Arabia, is looking for a dynamic, experienced, and dedicated Sales Executive / Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in achieving the company’s sales targets, building client relationships, and driving business development initiatives.
- Key Responsibilities :
- Create a detailed annual sales plan including new sales projections, comparison with prior year’s sales, and business development strategies. Submit the plan for approval and review monthly to ensure goals are met.
- Execute the approved sales plan faithfully and meet or exceed sales objectives.
- Generate leads, set appointments, and manage sales projects efficiently and honestly.
- Handle projects from start to finish including quotations, orders, and follow-ups.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and identify new business opportunities.
- Promote Asia Plastic’s products and services, understanding the company’s processes, capabilities, and core competencies.
- Work closely with sales managers and customer service support teams.
- Use the company’s sales portal for entering quotes, customer data, site visits, and plans.
- Maintain daily communication with sales managers regarding sales activity, open projects, and orders.
- Collaborate effectively with management, resolve issues promptly, and ensure adherence to company processes.
- Demonstrate strong project management skills, high efficiency, and commitment to company values.
- Negotiate terms, contracts, and pricing with clients to maximize company revenue.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Resolve client issues and complaints promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.
Educational Requirements
Bachelor / HonorsBachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.Experience Requirements
3 to 5 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s) : Training InstitutesAdditional Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales / business development (preferably in plastic / manufacturing sector).Strong project management and negotiation skills.Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic knowledge is an advantage).Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Proven track record of meeting sales targets.Familiarity with Gulf markets preferred.Job Location
