Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinate CCMS program engineering, installation, and management activities.
• Installation for the CCMS and CCTV systems and subsystems.
• Evaluate CCMS systems and procedures in light of the latest operational concepts, and recommend changes for future CCMS project plans.
• Analyze maintenance data to identify system, procedural, organizational, or personnel problems contributing to the system downtime and recommend solutions.
• Provide support and advice on manning requirements.
• Execute tasks assigned by the management related to the CCMS and related systems and subsystems including attending meetings and conferences, preparing briefings, etc.
• Keep abreast of emerging technologies, operational and technological research, and user trends in terms of the operational and technology choices.
• Review Statement of Work (SOW), and other technical documents to ensure these documents address the requirements.
• Provide assistance in maintenance, repair, and overhaul of mechanical, electro-mechanical equipment related to CCMS.
• Provide assistance in installation / maintenance, repair of Fire and Security Equipment used in the C4I environment.
• Develop training material for On-the-Job-Training (OJT) and conduct training.

Job Specification

Qualifications

Candidate shall have a minimum of Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Electronics / Electrical Engineering. Must be knowledgeable about the CCMS and related subsystems preferably in Command, Control, Communications, Computer and Intelligence (C4I) environment. Must be proficient in the use of desktop computer software packages, in particular MS Office.
