Role Summary

The Business Development Manager will identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. Working closely with the Compass leadership team, the role will play a key part in shaping market strategy, building partnerships, and positioning Compass as a leading consultancy in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with private developers, PIF entities, and government / semi-government clients.
• Identify and pursue new project opportunities across key sectors.
• Lead client presentations, proposals, and bid coordination in collaboration with internal teams.
• Track and analyse market trends, competitor activities, and business intelligence to inform strategy.
• Represent Compass at key industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
• Maintain accurate CRM records (HubSpot) and provide regular reports on pipeline and business performance.
