Generate high-quality leads and business opportunities Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships Lead, train, and inspire a sales team to exceed targets Develop and implement winning sales strategies Negotiate and close key deals What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in business development or sales leadership (real estate, properties, vehicles, or ads preferred) Strong leadership and people management skills Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities Fluent in Arabic (required); English preferred Seniority level
