Job Summary We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound calls, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing accurate information about The Groves’ services and offerings. The Groves is a premier destination in Riyadh, specializing in food & beverage, hospitality, and entertainment. We take pride in providing unforgettable experiences to our guests through exceptional service and a welcoming atmosphere.
Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with patience and efficiency.
Provide accurate information regarding The Groves’ services, events, reservations, and promotions.
Record and update customer information in the system.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and maintain company standards in all interactions.
Qualifications
Saudi National – preference will be given to Saudi applicants.
Proficiency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
Prior experience in a call center, hospitality, or customer service role is preferred.
Familiarity with F&B, hospitality, or entertainment industries is an advantage.
