الوصف الوظيفيA bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or education. Proven 1-3 years’ experience in sales, ideally in the training and education industry. Knowledge of training and development programs and their impact on individuals and organizations. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Effective negotiation and presentation abilities. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently. Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software. Willingness to travel as necessary for client meetings and events. A deep understanding of the BO's programs and their alignment with Student needs. Adaptability and a quick learning ability to understand new training offerings.
Job Description
- Identify and target potential individuals for the training academy's programs.
- Build and maintain robust sales pipeline through prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
- Conduct thorough research on potential students to understand their specific training and development requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with individual learners for repeat business or referrals.
- Conduct presentations and demonstrations of the training academy's programs, showcasing how they can address the individual’s specific needs.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contractual agreements, and successfully close sales.
- Collaborate with the Operations teams to ensure that programs meet or exceed student’s expectations.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, receivables and performance metrics set by the Team Leader.
- Provide post-sales support and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Handle class coordination, student queries.
