Site Construction Manager

We are currently recruiting a highly experienced professional with a minimum of 20 years of experience leading multi-national and multi-disciplinary projects. The ideal candidate must possess a proven track record in managing the construction and commissioning of large thermal power plants and / or synchronous condenser projects.

Responsibilities

• Site Oversight : Oversee all site activities performed by the EPC Contractor, ensuring works are executed in full compliance with contractual requirements, technical specifications, and approved schedules.
• Quality & Methodology : Verify the accuracy, methodology, quality control, and timely execution of all construction and commissioning activities.
• Team Leadership : Supervise and coordinate personnel assigned to the site, providing leadership and direction to ensure effective project execution.
• Technical Review : Manage the review of engineering drawings and documentation, construction methods, project planning, and material inspection.
• QA / QC & Commissioning : Ensure adherence to quality assurance / quality control (QA / QC) procedures, oversee testing and commissioning activities, and manage associated reporting and documentation.
