Overview

Senior Wet Utilities Engineer – 100% (m / f) at ARX | smart minds, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. With experience in Middle East infrastructure projects.

We are expanding into the Middle East with offices in UAE and KSA. This role focuses on leading wet utilities planning, design, and implementation for major infrastructure projects in the region.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and technical delivery of wet utilities systems, including potable water, wastewater, stormwater, and irrigation networks.
• Ensure designs meet local and international codes, standards, and client specifications.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to integrate wet utilities within broader infrastructure projects.
• Review and validate design calculations, drawings, and technical reports for accuracy and compliance.
• Manage stakeholder engagement, including clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities, to secure approvals and meet project objectives.
• Support tendering processes by preparing technical specifications, bill of quantities, and responding to technical clarifications.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, promoting high-quality design practices and continuous improvement.
• Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to achieve delivery targets.
