Role Overview

Our client, a leading plastic manufacturing company based in Riyadh Industrial Area 2 , is seeking an entry-level Quality Assistant that will support the Quality Control Department in monitoring, inspecting, and ensuring that all packaging materials and finished products meet company and customer quality standards. The role assists in implementing quality procedures, conducting routine checks, and maintaining documentation to achieve consistent product quality and compliance with safety and production standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct visual and physical inspections of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products.
• Record and report inspection results accurately to the Quality Supervisor.
• Assist in implementing quality control procedures and work instructions.
• Support production teams in maintaining product quality during all stages of manufacturing.
• Collect samples and perform routine tests according to company standards.
• Identify and report non-conformities and assist in corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate and organized quality records, reports, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards within the production area.
• Participate in internal audits and quality improvement activities.
• Support the Quality Manager in training staff on quality awareness and standards.
• Perform other duties related to quality assurance as assigned.
