The Digital Campaign Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple online channels to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions. This role requires a balance of creativity, technical proficiency, and analytical thinking to deliver campaigns that meet key business goals and performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Planning & Strategy – Develop and implement multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across paid search, social media, display, video, and email.
- Collaborate with marketing leadership to define campaign goals, target audiences, budgets, and KPIs.
- Translate marketing objectives into detailed campaign plans and timelines aligned with brand positioning, seasonal trends, and product launches.
- Execution & Optimization – Manage day-to-day execution of campaigns, including setup, ad creation, audience targeting, and tracking implementation.
- Coordinate with design, copywriting, and development teams to create compelling assets and landing pages.
- Continuously monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROI, CTR, and conversion rate.
- Perform A / B testing on creatives, audiences, and placements to identify high-performing strategies.
- Analytics & Reporting – Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Data Studio.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Maintain detailed campaign dashboards to monitor progress toward goals.
- Evaluate attribution models to understand cross-channel impact and customer journeys.
- Collaboration & Communication – Work cross-functionally with content, design, sales, and analytics teams to ensure integrated marketing execution.
- Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, or media partners when necessary.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all channels.
- Present campaign results and strategic recommendations to internal teams or clients.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.3–5 years of experience in digital marketing or campaign management.Proven track record managing multi-channel campaigns (paid search, social, display, video, and email).Strong understanding of ad platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic networks.Experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and campaign tracking.Excellent project management and organizational skills.Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data into actionable insights.Preferred Skills
