The Performance Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns that drive measurable results — including lead generation, conversions, app installs, and revenue growth. This role requires a data‑driven mindset, strong analytical skills, and expertise across digital advertising channels such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and programmatic platforms. The ideal candidate will be passionate about metrics, performance tracking, and continuous experimentation to improve ROI and marketing efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Planning & Execution : Develop and manage end‑to‑end performance marketing campaigns across paid search, paid social, and display channels.
- Conduct audience and keyword research to identify opportunities for growth.
- Create, test, and optimize ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to maximize conversions.
- Manage campaign budgets, bids, and pacing to meet ROI and CPA targets.
- Optimization & A / B Testing : Monitor daily campaign performance and make data‑driven adjustments to improve efficiency.
- Implement A / B and multivariate tests on ads, targeting, and landing pages.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and developers to refine creative assets and user journeys.
- Analytics & Reporting : Analyze and interpret performance data using platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Looker Studio.
- Generate regular reports highlighting key insights, trends, and ROI.
- Present actionable recommendations to stakeholders for ongoing optimization.
- Cross‑Channel Growth : Coordinate campaigns across multiple channels (search, social, email, display, programmatic, and affiliate).
- Work with the CRM and content teams to ensure consistent messaging throughout the funnel.
- Explore and test emerging platforms and ad formats to discover new growth opportunities.
- Collaboration & Continuous Improvement : Partner with the data analytics team to refine attribution models and performance tracking.
- Stay current on industry trends, new tools, and changes to ad platforms.
- Recommend strategies for scaling campaigns while maintaining efficiency.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.3+ years of hands‑on experience managing performance marketing campaigns.Deep understanding of PPC, social advertising, and digital attribution.Proficiency in tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Tag Manager.Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret data into actionable insights.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Preferred Skills
