Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a leading avian breeding facility. Our client is seeking Breeding Supervisors with proven expertise in either falcon or parrot breeding. The supervisors will lead breeding assistants, manage daily operations, and ensure successful breeding outcomes in their respective specializations. Responsibilities

Supervise daily breeding operations, including feeding, health checks, incubation, and chick rearing. Manage breeding assistants and allocate tasks effectively. Maintain breeding records, genetic pairing logs, and compliance documentation. Ensure adherence to avian welfare and facility protocols. Report breeding progress and outcomes to the Breeding Manager. Requirements

Proven hands-on experience in falcon breeding or parrot breeding. Strong leadership and people-management skills. Knowledge of avian genetics, incubation, and health management. Excellent organizational and communication abilities. Benefits
