Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a leading avian breeding facility. Our client is seeking an experienced Imprints Breeding Incharge with deep expertise in falcon imprinting and training. The role will be responsible for overseeing the imprinting process, ensuring proper bonding, care, and training of falcons while managing a small team of breeding assistants. Responsibilities

Oversee the imprinting process for falcons to ensure optimal behavior and performance. Develop structured feeding, care, and training routines for imprinted falcons. Supervise breeding assistants in daily tasks related to falcon imprinting. Monitor falcon health and welfare, coordinating with veterinarians when needed. Maintain accurate imprinting and progress records for reporting to management. Requirements

Proven expertise in falcon imprinting and avian handling. Strong understanding of falcon behavior, care, and training methods. Supervisory experience in a breeding or avian facility preferred. Excellent observation, communication, and leadership skills. Benefits
