Farming / Irrigation Supervisor - Star Neon Jeddah Maintenance Project (For Greenland Group). Job ID : . Greenland Group is seeking an experienced Farming / Irrigation Supervisor for the Star Neon Jeddah Maintenance Project. Responsibilities

Supervision and management : Lead and direct irrigation teams, including scheduling, task assignment, and performance management. Training and mentoring team members on proper techniques and safety procedures. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. System management : Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of irrigation systems (pipes, sprinklers, valves, controllers, pumps, etc.). Troubleshoot and repair irrigation system components. Adjust irrigation schedules based on crop needs, weather conditions, and other factors. Monitor system performance and implement adjustments as needed. Operational tasks : Read and interpret landscape and irrigation plans. Use tools like wire locators and valve locators. Maintain accurate records of materials, work completed, and manpower deployment. Ensure proper maintenance and storage of tools, equipment, and materials. Coordination and communication : Coordinate with other teams (e.g., landscaping, maintenance) and project managers. Communicate with customers regarding system performance and any issues. Prepare reports on project progress, issues encountered, and resource needs. Educational Requirements

Diploma in Agriculture Diploma in Forestry Skills : Plant Breeding, Gardener, Horticulture, Irrigation Management, plant tissue culture, Soil Science, Agro Farm Management, flower, maintaining irrigation systems Experience Requirements

At least 5 year(s) of experience Experience in Agro-based firms (incl. Agro Processing / Seed / GM), Overseas Companies, Agro-based Startups Job Location & Compensation

Salary : Tk. 82,000 - 95,000 (Monthly) Seniority level
